Feel free to bring as many of your favourite outfits with you as you like! You and Kayte will go through everything that you have brought and will pick some of the best pieces that will compliment the style of boudoir you have chosen. An average of around 3 clothes changes is perfect for a 2 hour session. Here are a few ideas of things to bring:

- Basques - Corsets - Bras - Knickers (French, briefs, boy shorts) - Tutus - Long boots - Heels

- Jeans - Hats - Stockings - Suspenders - Baby Dolls - Silk dressing gowns

Men’s items such as shirts, ties, uniform bits (police officer, fireman etc)
Sports equipment - why not combine his two favourite things - you and sport!
Brides can bring along wedding lingerie, veil, shoes, jewellery etc.

If you have any props you would like to use in your session then please bring them with you. This could be anything from furry handcuffs to diamonds and pearls!

Bright colours such as hot pink, orange and turquoise look great on camera, however heavy patterns can distract from the subject making your pictures look too ‘busy’. Blacks and whites also look great and can be very complementary.

If you have any doubts about what to wear then just call Kayte beforehand and she will do her best to advise!

Depending on the type of images you want to go for, small details such as bows, polka dots, frills and ribbons can give that extra special touch to pretty feminine pictures. Alternatively, whips and knee high boots can give the more adventurous pictures that provocative feel!

Hints & Tips:
Don’t wear any tight clothing for a few hours before the shoot - sock marks won’t look good!

Practise posing in the mirror beforehand. This might feel strange at first but it will help on the day making you feel much more relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.

If you have decided to do your own hair and make-up then also practise different styles prior to the shoot, please have your make-up on when you arrive at the session - this again will save time on the day and make your shoot run smoothly.
